Participation in Pikoversum requires an active Second Life account and compliance with the terms of service (ToS) and Community Standards of Second Life, set by Linden Lab. Any future changes to the SL-ToS and Community Standards should be considered to apply to Pikoversum as well, unless otherwise noted.
Accounts in Pikoversum are linked to a single Second Life user (identified via their unique owner-UUID) and cannot be transferred to another Second Life account.
We do not store any personally identifiable information, with the exception of the Second Life UUID and username for the purpose of authentification and personalization of the system.
All virtual goods, including, but not limited to, Breedables, Assets, and Store Credits (Pikos), remain the property of the operator, and no compensation for damages can be claimed.
Pikos (PKS) can be acquired as a form of store credit through the use of our in-game deposit terminals or through offers available within the Second Life environment. Attempting to purchase Pikos outside of the Second Life environment is strictly prohibited, considered a breach of the Pikoversum Terms of Service, and might lead to being banned from the platform.
Store Credits (Pikos) are not a currency and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for L$ or any real-world currency. Pikoversum can not and must not be used as a currency exchange for L$, which is prohibited by Linden Lab's ToS.
Trading and selling virtual goods (Breedables, Assets, store credit, etc.) is only allowed in transactions between users within the Second Life environment and by using L$.
Users are responsible for their own account security, and any unauthorized access or use of their account will result in termination of the account.
Pikoversum reserves the right to terminate any user's account at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these ToS. Pikoversum can not be held responsible for Pikos, assets, or other items as a result of account termination.
The operator of Pikoversum reserves the right to restore previous database states at any time, which may result - but not limited to - in a loss of progress or assets. In that case, any compensation potentially granted is at the sole discretion of the operator.
We reserve the right to contact our users personally or via notecard in Second Life.
Users are prohibited from participating in any form of harassment, bullying, or discrimination within Pikoversum.
Users may not use Pikoversum for illegal, harmful, or offensive content, or activities. This includes, but is not limited to, spreading viruses, conducting phishing attacks, hacking accounts, violating the privacy of other users, or trying to use exploits within Pikoversum.
Pikoversum reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time without notice.
